June 26, once again drove to Haixin HI in building. After days of heavy rain, covered with tender willows and green grass, the land full of hope and vitality, was washed like a new born baby. With flags fluttering, vehicles coming and going, two important signing ceremony was held in the conference room on 10th floor of the office building at 11 am.
    Guests attended the signing ceremony are: Haimen Committee Secretary Jiang Long, Vice Mayor Shen Junfeng and the main leaders of the Development Zone; Leaders from Shanghai Dredging Co., Ltd., School of Naval Architecture Ocean and Civil Engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Ship and Ocean Engineering Research Institute of Shanghai Jiaotong University, CCCC Shanghai Waterway Equipment Industry Co., Ltd. Chairman and Managing Director of Haixin HI, Mr. Meng Xianhong lead the majors of the company attended the signing ceremony.
   The first signing is the auger drive system and mud pump for 4500M3/h cutter suction dredger manufacturing contract between Haixin HI and CCCC Shanghai Waterway Equipment Industry Co., Ltd. The signing of the contract means: with the order of key equipment, 4,500M3/h cutter suction dredger project have a substantial advance.
   The second signing is the research cooperation agreement between Haixin HI and Shanghai Jiaotong University. The signing of the agreement, further deepened Haixin HI the long-term friendly relationship and cooperation with Shanghai Jiaotong University.
